spray drying


In a fully enclosed environment, the wet abrasive slurry is spray-dried to obtain particle size under the protection of high-purity nitrogen;


Features: low oxygen content, high purity, low swearing rate;


Advantages: uniform pressing density, precise size control, and small fluctuation of single weight.


CIP processing


At room temperature, use rubber or plastic as a covering mold, use liquid as pressure medium, and form powder material under high pressure;


Features: to prevent internal defects of pressed products;


Advantages: compacts of uniform density provide good assurance.

 

HIP processing


In an inert gas environment, the cemented carbide is subjected to high temperature and high pressure treatment;


Features: The internal pores are effectively eliminated and the microstructure is improved;


Advantages: Obtain densified, high-hardness, high-strength materials.


stress treatment


Cryogenic treatment: The cemented carbide is treated at a process temperature of -196°C; Features: Internal stress is eliminated and microstructure is improved; Advantages: Effectively improve overall performance and significantly increase service life.


Vibration treatment: The cemented carbide is treated at the required vibration frequency of the process; Features: Internal stress is eliminated; Advantages: The service life is significantly improved.


Heat treatment: The cemented carbide is heat treated under the requirements of the sintering furnace process; Features: Internal stress is eliminated; Advantages: The service life is significantly improved.
