When the temperature of the roll ring is high, water supply will cause broken rolls!
3. During rolling, observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon in the rolling groove during the intermittent time of the rolling mill, measure whether the temperature is too high, and observe whether there are other abnormal phenomena.
4. The single-groove rolling tonnage cannot be excessively higher than the specified tonnage, otherwise the micro-cracks on the surface will cause ring cracks in the roll ring! Even if it is not cracked, it will increase the grinding amount of the roll ring, which is not economical.
5. Good quality roll body material should be used to ensure the strength of the roll. At the same time, the key parts such as roll neck and bearing are often checked to avoid accidents caused by failure of the roll ring.
6. For the departments and personnel involved in the application of cemented carbide composite rolls, they should formulate their own corresponding work systems and implement them practically, which will help improve the overall management level and generate more economic and social benefits.
