1. The static sedimentation of the bath liquid. Add 100mL of electrophoresis tank solution to a measuring cylinder with a capacity of 100mL, and let it stand; according to the specified standstill time, take 4mL of the upper liquid to measure the solid content; calculate the change rate of the solid content, which is the static precipitation.

2. The stability of the bath liquid. In the case of normal production, no additives are required, and the tank liquid is still stable. During the evaluation test, the stability test of the tank liquid open stirring for 30 days can be carried out.

3. Air-drying traces. After electrophoresis, the proofing workpieces stay in the air for different times at different room temperature (without washing after electrophoresis) to observe the surface appearance of the paint film.

4. Swimming ability. See whether the workpiece can be evenly coated on the surface of the workpiece after electrophoresis of the zinc-nickel alloy, and whether a good coating can be obtained on the edges, corners, inner cavities, and gaps.

5. Anti-phosphating solution pollution. Different concentrations of phosphating can be dropped on the test plate, dried, and then electrophoresed as required to observe the pollution resistance of the paint film.
